The #decoded Career Prep Program is a revolutionary Career Advancement Program that utilizes blended learning to combine the efficacy of virtual workshops with the intentionality of career coaching while addressing common job search struggles using a multi-stage approach instead of in a one-size-fits-all solution.

After seeing thousands of job seekers rejected from the hiring pipeline as a recruiter in Silicon Valley, we created this program to help address the issue from inside and out. By providing both industry context and personalized guidance, the #decoded program helps participants own their power by helping them uncover their internal limitations, identify their value-add, create a compelling narrative, and design a career plan with their ideal life impact in mind.

The program focuses on the five stages of the interview process to help students identify where they need the most support, learn proven frameworks to develop those areas, and offer them a holistic approach to finding their dream job.

Know Your Worth

This topic helps support employees by centering the conversation on the unique superpowers of each individual in the organization and how that is the ultimate value-add to the organization. Through a series of introspective exercises relating to common career challenges, we help uncover the best course of action for each individual to feel worthy an empowered in their role and in the organization, overall.

Career Confidence

This topic focuses on helping employees overcome their imposter syndrome and hesitation in their careers by teaching confidence building strategies to help them authentically be themselves, practice self-advocacy , and stand their ground in the workplace powerfully and effectively. This workshop helps employees step into the leaders they want to become and helps empower them to create lasting career confidence on their own terms.
