Our mission is to help professionals become more intentional about redefining what success means so they can become leaders in their field and their community. We believe teaching individuals to become change agents in the workplace will exponentially increase the impact on the overall socioeconomic advancement of underrepresented communities.
Catalina Peña (Founder)
Hey y’all! I'm Catalina, an Afrolatina Entrepreneur and Executive Coach, who founded Catalyst Creation to help professionals thrive in their careers and unlock their full leadership power. I am currently continuing to expand my knowledge in Executive Coaching, L&D design principles, Organizational Psychology theories, and all things neuroscience!
As a Lead Coach and Facilitator for Catalyst Creation, I’ve partnered with 40+ orgs, empowered 5000+ professionals (via workshops, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching) and generated 7.5+ Million in salary raises and new offers. Prior to coaching, I worked in recruiting at Facebook, Twitter, Andreessen Horowitz and Asana, hosted over 100+ Tech events and helped hire 350+ new techies to the industry.
My mission centers on helping people unlock their full leadership power by creating powerful mind-body connections rooted in somatic, neuroscience, holistic, and transformational coaching methodologies. Looking forward to connecting!
